AI Control Diagnostic

2 weeks. The place to start.

£15,000 to £20,000plus VAT. A fixed fee, priced on scope.

Shows where AI is in use and the risk it carries, and gives a first view of how capable your workforce is with it. You get a plan built for your organisation.

What the Diagnostic gives you

Control System Install

6 to 12 weeks. The main work.

£75,000 to £150,000plus VAT. A fixed engagement.

The full control system installed: governance, the Agent Passport®, capability assessment, control gates, board reporting and a communications plan. It includes trial runs of your priority uses, under the controls, and a documented decision on what to scale. Your team owns it on completion.

Governance Retainer

Monthly. Optional.

From £10,000per month, plus VAT.

Continuing support with a formal review each quarter: adjusting the control system, extending it across business units, and keeping pace as regulation develops. The system runs without us.

About the Retainer
  • Pilots, capability assessment and the decision on what to scale all sit inside the Install. They are not separate price lines.
  • Each is a complete piece of work at a complete price. No fee is credited or deducted against a later one.
  • No price is discussed in a first conversation, because scope decides price and scope is not yet known.

The Diagnostic stands on its own. It takes two weeks and it does not commit you to anything further.

  • A map of AI use today. How AI is being used, where there is unmanaged activity or data exposure, and where governance needs to catch up.
  • Your risk position. Assessed against your regulator and your sector.
  • A first view of workforce capability. Using the Agent Passport® framework.
  • A ranked list of where AI can pay back. Where it can deliver a measurable result in the next 90 days.
  • A plan for putting the controls in place. Scoped to your organisation and its appetite for risk.
