02 / The engagements
This is not a long-term embedded consultancy model. Ambient Agent® exits when the control infrastructure is installed and evidence exists to justify scale.
Usage map, risk posture, capability baseline and priority value areas. Produces a configured deployment plan, not a generic report.
The full operating model installed: governance, Agent Passport™, capability assessment, control gates, reporting spine and comms cascade. Includes governed pilots on priority use cases and a documented scale decision. Owned by your team on completion.
Quarterly governance reviews, model optimisation, expansion across business units, and evolution as regulation develops. Optional. The system runs without us.
Pilot activity, capability assessment and the scale decision sit inside the install, not on separate price lines. All engagements are fixed-scope with defined artefacts and control gates.
Exit designed in03 / After the install
Clients can operate the model independently. Ambient Agent remains available to evolve and optimise it: quarterly reviews, expansion into new business units and geographies, and progression through capability levels.
